Heather received a Bachelors in Science in Biology degree from Linfield College in 1992. She received her Bachelor’s of Nursing Degree in 1995 from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio; and her Masters of Nursing Certificate of Midwifery and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner in 1997 with Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honors.

Heather enjoys kayaking and gardening in her spare time.
