Dr. King grew up in Cheverly, Maryland and graduated from medical school at the University of Maryland. He completed his residency program at the University of Minnesota, where he served as Chief Resident. After completing residency, he began practicing on the South Coast and eventually joined the Internal Medicine Department at NBMC in 2005.
He was attracted to an Internal Medicine career because of the relationships built with patients over the years. Dr. King has a personal, warm, and face to face practice style his patients enjoy.
He and his wife count seven children and fourteen grandchildren between them. Dr. King is proud to have served in the US Air Force from 1964-1968. His personal interests include golfing locally a couple times a month.
