Lotman, Anton MD

Dr. Lotman was born in St. Petersburg, Russia. He received his Diploma of Provider (equivalent to MD) at First Leningrad Medical Institute in St. Petersburg, Russia. He completed his Internal Medicine Internship at Emergency City Hospital No. 17 in St. Petersburg, Russia in 1982. Residency includes Geriatrics at Hadassa University Hospital and Sarah Herzog Memorial Hospital in Jerusalem, Israel; Internal Medicine and Neurology at Albany Medical Center in Albany New York. Dr. Lotman had a private practice in Schenectady, New York State with Neurology Associates of Northeastern New York, P.C. prior to moving to Oregon. Dr. Lotman is Board Certified in Neurology through the American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry and is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the Oregon Medical Association. Dr. Lotman is also boarded in sleep medicine through the American Board of Neurology and Psychiatry.
